Lisa Nyanda-Manalo, MD, FAAP, FAAD
Dr. Nyanda is a double board-certified dermatologist and pediatrician. She earned her doctorate in medicine from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. She continued her post medical training and completed two competitive residency programs at the University of South Florida. In her final year of dermatology, she served as the chief resident of academic education.
Since completing her training, she has focused her practice on caring for both pediatric and adult dermatological conditions. In addition, she provides a wide variety of services from screening to the management of skin cancers. She also offers cosmetic services such as Botox, cosmetic fillers, and more.
Dr. Nyanda has dedicated her practice to providing compassionate service. Her goal is to incorporate the most innovative approach to delivering the best dermatological care possible.
Michael Wangia, MD, FAAD
Dr. Michael Wangia is a board-certified Mohs Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery for Nyanda Dermatology. He has the distinctive honor of being one of a few triple board-certified dermatologists. He is board certified in Dermatology, Dermatopathology and Mohs Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery.
Born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya, Dr. Wangia, moved to the U.S. to complete his undergraduate studies at Utah Valley University, where he was a Presidential Scholar and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in chemistry. Dr. Wangia earned his Medical Degree from Howard University where he graduated with honors and was inducted in the Alpha Omega Alpha National Honor Medical Society. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine and his Residency in Dermatology at the University of Florida, where he served as a Chief Resident. During his training, he was awarded the Outstanding Resident Teacher Award by the Society of Teaching Scholars and The Arnold P. Gold Foundation, Humanism in Medicine Award.
After dermatology residency, Dr. Wangia completed a Fellowship in Dermatopathology at the University of Florida. During this time he had extensive training, studying skin diseases at the microscopic level. He completed his soft tissue and melanocyte pathology externships at the Cleveland Clinic and University of California San Francisco respectively. Dr. Wangia also serves as Volunteer Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Dermatopathology at the University of Florida and Howard University, D.C.
Dr. Wangia has a special interest in skin cancer, complex medical dermatologic conditions, skin of color dermatology, and medical education especially mentoring medical students and dermatology residents.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. His hobbies include playing soccer, running, watching sports and travelling with his family.
Nour Sayegh, PA-C

Nour Sayegh is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a passion in dermatology and medical aesthetics. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from South University in West Palm Beach.
Nour believes in a personalized, patient-centered approach and takes the time to educate patients while tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s needs and goals. She is fluent in both English and Arabic and is committed to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all patients.
Elise Bjelica, APRN-BC
ABD Certified
Elise Bjelica, APRN-BC is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over eight years of experience in medical and surgical dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adventist University of Health Sciences in Orlando, Florida, and began her nursing career at AdventHealth, where she spent five years in a cardiac progressive care unit. During this time, Elise completed her Master of Science in Nursing as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner through the University of Central Florida.
Following graduate school, Elise completed extensive didactic and hands-on training in dermatology. She provides comprehensive care for a wide range of medical dermatologic conditions, with a strong emphasis on the early detection and treatment of skin cancer, particularly within adult and geriatric populations. Elise has broad experience treating disorders of the skin, hair, and nails for patients ages 13 and older and is trained in surgical dermatology, including skin cancer excisions and cyst removals.
Arlene Thompson, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
ABD Certified
Arlene has over five years of hands-on experience in the aesthetics field, having worked as a medical assistant, lead aesthetician, and laser technician. Her expertise includes facials, microneedling, chemical peels, and laser treatments with a special focus on customized care and real results. Outside of work, Arlene loves to travel, spend time outdoors, and make memories with her family.
